Inspiring Change Manchester is part of the National Lottery Community Fund’s Fulfilling Lives programme

Around 60,000 people in England are classed as having multiple and complex needs, dealing with one or more of the following:

  • homelessness
  • emotional or mental health issues
  • offending
  • substance or alcohol use
  • domestic violence

The National Lottery Community Fund’s initiative was set up to help improve services for people in this group. It also aims to reduce the social and economic costs that come from failing to support them properly. Find out more information from the National Lottery Community Fund.

Our objectives are:

  • co-production - People with Multiple and Complex Needs in Manchester have opportunities to be involved in the services they need and influence decisions that affect them
  • adaptive services - Influence and develop services to be adaptable and flexible to the needs of people with Multiple Complex Needs in Manchester
  • information sharing - Improve information sharing across services to be better co-ordinate interventions for people with Multiple Complex Needs
  • access and inclusion - Promoting Inclusion for people with Multiple Complex Needs
  • policy and commissioning - Influence commissioning and policy in Manchester to better meet the needs of people experiencing multiple and complex needs
