Inspiring Change Manchester is part of the Big Lottery Fund’s Fulfilling Lives programme

Around 60,000 people in England are classed as having multiple and complex needs, dealing with one or more of the following:

  • homelessness
  • emotional or mental health issues
  • offending
  • substance or alcohol use

The Big Lottery Fund’s Fulfilling Lives initiative was set up to help improve services for people in this group. It also aims to reduce the social and economic costs that come from failing to support them properly. Find out more information from the Big Lottery Fund.

Our objectives are to:

  • help people with multiple and complex needs to achieve meaningful and lasting change in their lives
  • give people with lived experience of these issues the chance to take part in the design, delivery and evaluation of services
  • encourage services to work together more closely and share information more efficiently
  • use learning from the programme to design and commission services

I’m excited to be empowering women in Manchester to find their voice and be part
of the change in Manchester services, after all – they are the experts!
