No Wrong Door is at the heart of all we do
Our No Wrong Door approach governs the way we share information, develop our team, review work, and share knowledge.
We coproduced it in partnership with people who have lived experience of multiple needs. This led to four principles:
- access – we regularly review the way people access our services, and the support we provide to make sure we treat people as individuals
- practice – we are committed to developing our team, and continuously improving our approach to helping people
- information – our shared data systems mean we can work more efficiently by having better access to information and reducing duplication
- expertise – we work together to share knowledge, helping us to grow and tackle inequality
At the heart of No Wrong Door is a drive to listen to the people we work with – and it’s already made a huge difference to our services.
