No Wrong Door

Our ways of working are co-produced in partnership with people who have lived experience of multiple disadvantages

Inspiring Change Manchester ended in 2022 after eight years. Find out more below or visit the Fulfilling Lives website.

Our No Wrong Door approach governs the way we share information, develop our team, review work and share knowledge.

This process was co-produced in partnership with people who have lived experience of multiple disadvantages and has led to four principles:

  • access: we regularly review the way people access our services and the support we provide in order to make sure we treat people as individuals.

  • practice: we are committed to developing our team and to continuously improving our approach to helping people.

  • information: our shared-data systems mean we can work more efficiently by having better access to information and reduce duplication.

  • expertise: we work together to share knowledge, helping us to grow and tackle inequality.

At the heart of No Wrong Door is a drive to listen to the people we work with – and it’s made a huge difference to our services.
